Deposits to your ZS555 account must be made using payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. The Platform may list payment options familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — as contextual references. Nothing in these Terms limits ZS555's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ZS555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons: suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity; failure to provide KYC documentation within a reasonable period; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or at ZS555's operational discretion with reasonable notice where no misconduct is alleged.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or the Help Center. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements and pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Real-money balances not subject to active investigations or disputed claims will be returned via the appropriate payment channel following satisfactory KYC confirmation.
